Diners Rewards Card is not a credit card, is valid for use in Singapore, Malaysia and Shanghai outlets. However, accumulation of reward points is only applicable in Singapore and Malaysia. |

An administrative charge of $10 is payable for the replacement of membership card in the event of lost, damaged or theft. Loss or damaged of the Diners Rewards card must be reported to any Jack’s Place Group of Restaurants. |

All records kept by Jack’s Place Holdings Pte Ltd shall be conclusive. Jack’s Place reserve the right to terminate the scheme, vary, add to, formulate such terms & conditions including those relating to withdrawal/addition of benefits or privileges as it deems necessary from time to time and may do so without prior notice to registered members. |
