Place your orders through our Cake Hotline 6287 6298 or online at www.eatzi.com.sg or
at any Jack's Place Steak House & Restaurant, Eatzi Steakhouse & Bistro outlet or Seafood Harvest Restaurant.

Delivery services are available only for fresh
cream and mousse cakes subject to a minumum
order of $28.50 per destination.

Delivery for butter cake range are subject to a
minimum order of 25 boxes.

A $8 delivery charge will be levied for each
destination. Delivery is free for orders exceeding
$100 per destination.

Please place your orders at least 3 days in advance before delivery time.

For peak seasons like Mother's Day or Christmas, a festive delivery surcharge will be imposed.

Eatzi Gourmet reserves the right to accept or reject any orders.

Prices and Payments

Payment must be made in full upon ordering. Only Visa or Mastercard will be accepted if order through Cake Hotline or Online.

All prices subject to prevailing government taxes.

Cancellation and Amendments
-
No cancellations or amendments are allowed on confirmed orders 48 hours before collection time.

Delivery and Acceptance
-
The delivery service is available daily. There are 3 choices of delivery things for you to select - Delivery A,B or C. The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed but Eatzi Gourmet will endeavour to deliver within the selected delivery timing.
- Delivery A : 10am to 1pm
- Delivery B : 2pm to 4.30pm
- Delivery C : 4.30pm to 7.00pm

In the event that there is no recipient or no one at home/office to receive the cake, the cake will be sent to the nearest Jack's Place Group of Restaurant outlet for self-collection by the customer.
- Cakes delivered must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery.
- Cake designs are subject to slight variations and availability of decorative accessories.
